It is our mission to provide builders with an efficient, cost effective single waler system.
Due to the simplicity of the Nap’s Concrete Forming System it can be used in many applications demanding a versatile solution, such as radius walls, tall wall (above sixteen feet), and very thick wall (more than two feet). Unlike some forming systems, Nap’s Waler Shoes are extremely durable and have a long lifespan because there are no moving parts. As well as reducing both the long and short term material costs associated with forming concrete walls and columns, Nap’s Concrete Forming System also enables contractors to cut labor costs. Less material in addition to a simplified installation process equals a more efficient and productive workforce.
The original Nap’s design was created by Napoleon Hebert and patented in 1976 (patent no. 4,085,495). In 1990 the Nap’s design and patent was purchased by Carl L. Corbaley and Nap’s Forming Systems was created.
Nap’s is currently a wholesale company operating out of Washington State. We have been steadily growing a customer base in Washington, Alaska, Louisana and Texas over the last 10 years.
